TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACTIVITIES AND WORKSHOP :
  • For workshop and contest, upon arrival, participants are required to register themselves at the registration counter at the Level 1, Activity Area .
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to open up the slot to the walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 15 minutes late for the session. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the workshop.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of participants for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice unless prohibited by law.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
  • Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information to validate registration for the event. Any unclear or incomplete details will render the participation void.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS:
  • By participating in the workshop, the participants grant Sunway Wangsa Mall's the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant's name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop at its own discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.

REDEMPTION MECHANICS

Tier 1 : RM200
Spend RM200 in 1 receipt to redeem:
• Raya Packet & Jasmine Sunwhite Rice (1kg)

Tier 2: RM500
Spend RM500 in 2 receipts to redeem:
• Sajian Bento Box

Tier 3: RM1,000
Spend RM1,000 in maximum 2 receipts to redeem:
• Exclusive Ultra-Light Handheld Fan

TERMS & CONDITIONS (REDEMPTION PROGRAMME)
  1. Seindah Redemptions are redeemable from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM at the Concierge Counter, Level 1.
  2. All redemption items are not re-sellable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
  3. Redemption eligibility excludes receipts from Lotus's, bill payments, reloads, instalment payments, and similar non-retail transactions.
  4. Only printed original receipts dated the same day as redemption will be accepted.
  5. The shopper must be present in person during redemption.
  6. Tenant owners and staff are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own outlets.
  7. Photocopies of receipts and forms will not be accepted.
  8. All redemption items are offered while stocks last.
  9. Redemption staff reserve the right to verify purchase items when necessary.
  10. Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
  11. Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to amend any terms without prior notice. All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All participants consent to Sunway Wangsa Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Wangsa Mall will make the final determination.
  • All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Wangsa Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
  • By participating the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Wangsa Mall's website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
  • Sunway Wangsa Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Wangsa Mall, despite their best efforts.
  • Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (SPEND & WIN – SHOPPING SPREE CONTEST)
1. Contest Period & Venue
  • The Contest is organised by Sunway Wangsa Mall and entry submission must be made at the Concierge Counter, Level 1, during operating hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM), unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
  • 2.1 The Contest is open to all shoppers aged 18 years and above.
  • 2.2 Tenant owners, tenants’ staff, promoters, service providers, and management staff of Sunway Wangsa Mall are strictly prohibited from participating.
  • 2.3 Participants must be present in person for submission and during the Shopping Spree event if selected as a winner.
3. Contest Mechanics
  • 3.1 Spend a minimum of RM300 in a single original receipt from any outlet in Sunway Wangsa Mall to qualify for one (1) entry.
  • 3.2 Eligible participants must submit the original same-day receipt together with a completed Contest Entry Form at the Concierge Counter, Level 1.
  • 3.3 Participants may submit multiple entries with different qualifying receipts; however, a participant shall only be entitled to win once throughout the Contest period.
  • 3.4 Only printed original receipts are accepted. Photocopies, reprinted, duplicate, altered, handwritten, or damaged receipts will be rejected.
  • 3.5 Redemption staff reserve the right to verify purchase details and inspect items purchased for validation purposes.
4. Non-Eligible Transactions

Receipts from the following transactions shall not be eligible:

  • Bill payments
  • Reloads / prepaid top-ups
  • Instalment payments
  • E-wallet reloads
  • Purchase of gift cards / vouchers
  • Any non-retail or service-based transactions deemed ineligible by Management
5. Prize Details
  • 5.1 Total Prize Pool: 10 Winners x RM500 Lotus’s Voucher (Total value: RM5,000).
  • 5.2 Each winner will participate in a 20-minutes Shopping Spree at Lotus’s, with a maximum spending limit of RM500.
  • 5.3 Any amount exceeding RM500 during the spree shall be borne fully by the winner.
  • 5.4 Unutilised balance, if any, shall not be refunded in cash.
  • 5.5 Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
  • 6.1 Winners will be selected via a physical lucky draw conducted by the Management.
  • 6.2 Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided in the entry form.
  • 6.3 In the event a winner is unreachable after reasonable attempts, Management reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
  • 6.4 Winners must be present on the designated Shopping Spree date and time, failing which the prize may be forfeited without further notice.
7. General Conditions
  • 7.1 All entry forms must be duly completed. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
  • 7.2 Visuals used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only.
  • 7.3 Management reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add to any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • 7.4 Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
Raya Photo Ria Contest
Terms & Conditions
  • 1. Raya Photo Ria Contest (“Contest”) is organised by Sunway Wangsa Mall (“Organiser”).
  • 2. The Contest submission period runs throughout the month of Ramadan. Entries submitted after Ramadan will not be accepted.
  • 3. Winners will be announced in the 2nd week of Syawal on the mall’s official social media pages.
  • 4. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 years and above. Employees of the Organiser and its tenants are not eligible to participate.
  • 5. Participants must snap a creative Raya-themed pose at the Interactive Area located at Centre Court, Sunway Wangsa Mall.
  • 6. Participants must post the photo on Instagram or TikTok and ensure the account and post are set to public.
  • 7. Participants must tag @sunwaywangsamall and include the hashtag #SWMRayaPhotoRia in the caption.
  • 8. Each participant is allowed a maximum of three (3) entries only.
  • 9. Three (3) main winners will be selected as follows:
    • 1st Prize – RM300 Extreme Voucher + RM200 Supreme Voucher
    • 2nd Prize – RM200 Extreme Voucher + RM100 Supreme Voucher
    • 3rd Prize – RM150 Extreme Voucher + RM50 Supreme Voucher
  • 10. Ten (10) consolation winners will receive RM10 TGV Cash Vouchers.
  • 11. Winners will be contacted via phone and required to complete a Google Form by attaching their photo and personal details for verification purposes.
  • 12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  • 13. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
    • Creativity & Originality (40%)
    • Relevance to Raya Theme (30%)
    • Visual Appeal (20%)
    • Engagement – Likes & Comments (10%)
  • 14. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  • 15. By participating, participants agree to grant the Organiser the right to repost, reuse and publish submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.
  • 16. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the Contest and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
