    Yes. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use in the mall premises.

    No fees are charged. However, shoppers are required to present a valid driving
    licence for registration and record purposes.

  • Where do I loan the Wheelchair/ Other Amenities?

    Kindly proceed to our Security Office located at Ground Floor near Baskin
    Robbins.

  • May I make a reservation for the amenities?

    At present, wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and
    cannot be reserved.

  • May I use the amenities for the entire day?

    Yes. There is no time limit on the usage during mall operating hours.

  • Am I eligible to use the wheelchair?

    Wheelchairs are available for use by patrons who require mobility assistance,
    subject to availability.

  • My mobile phone ran out of battery and I did not bring my charger. Is there any way to recharge my phone in the mall?

    We do not have charging station at the moment.

  • What is the weight limit for the wheelchair?

    The adult wheelchair is suitable for patrons weighing below 90 kg.

  • Are there baby changing facilities in Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    Yes. Baby Rooms are available at the following locations:
     Ground Floor, behind Ah Cheng Laksa
     First Floor, beside Amanville
     First Floor, behind the Concierge

  • What are the operating hours of the Baby Rooms?

    From 10.00am till 10.00pm.

  • What are the facilities available in the Baby Room?

    Each Baby Room is equipped with a nursing seat and a baby diaper changing
    station. A dedicated cleaner ensures cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene.
    If you require assistance, please approach our Customer Care at Concierge

  • Can my husband accompany me into the baby room?

    Yes, he may accompany you.

  • What are the parking rates?

    Sunway Wangsa Mall carpark parking rates are as follows:
    Monday to Friday (weekday):
    First Two Hour: RM1.00
    For each subsequent hour, or part thereof: RM1.00
    Maximum charge: No Limit

    Saturday, Sunday, Eve of Public Holiday & Public Holiday:
    First Two Hours: RM2.00
    For each subsequent hour, or part thereof: RM1.00
    Maximum charge: No Limit

  • I am watching a midnight movie. Can I park in the mall?

    Yes, you can still park in the mall. However, we do not encourage you to leave
    your vehicle overnight.

  • Do you have any exclusive or premium parking area?

    No, we do not have at the moment.

  • Do you have designated disable (handicapped / OKU) parking bays?

    Yes, we have a total of 21 disable parking bays. You can locate them at:
    Carpark A - 6
    Carpark B - 15

  • Am I eligible to park at the disable (handicapped / OKU) parking zone?

    The person driving the vehicle should have a valid & visible handicapped sticker
    placed on the windscreen

  • What are the Car Park Help Desk operation hours?

    The Car Park Help Desk operation hours are from 7.00 am – 3.00 am daily.

  • Where are your Car Park Help Desk located?

    Our Car Park Help Desk are located at Ground Floor, near Management Office

  • Is family parking available?

    Not available.

  • Where can I reload my Touch N Go in the mall?

    You may reload your Touch n Go at the convenient store such as MyNews,
    Watsons, Guardian, etc.

  • How do I pay for my parking?

    Payment can be made as follows:
    1. Scan QR Code location at entrances and carpark area and pay via debit/credit
    card or e-wallets.
    2. Touch ‘n Go card and debit card readers at the exits.

  • Do I need minimum credit on my e-wallet to enter?

    No, the system allows all vehicles to enter the car park.
    Do remember to check that your e-wallet has sufficient balance before
    proceeding to make payment prior to your exit.

  • What if I don’t have a smartphone, e-wallet or internet access?

    You can make payment at the Car Park Help Desk located on the Ground Floor
    near Management Office.

  • Is there a grace period?

    Upon entering the car park, there is a standard 7 minutes grace period where
    you may exit without any charges incurred.

  • What happens if I don’t exit within the grace period?

    The car park boom gate will not open at the exits, and you will need to pay
    additional hourly charges until you leave. If this happens, you may contact our
    friendly car park personnel for assistance using the boom gate intercom
    machine.

  • Can I reserve parking spaces?

    No, reserving parking spaces is not available.

  • Is there a special car park rate for students or elderly?

    No, there are no special car park rates available at the moment.

  • What are the charges for overnight parking?

    We do not allow overnight parking in the mall.

  • Does this apply for motorcycle parking?

    At this point of time, the Sunway Smart Parking is not yet available for
    motorcycle parking. The parking rate for motorcycles is RM0.50 per entry.

  • What if the system doesn’t detect my car plate or is unable to locate my car plate on the online payment portal or auto pay station?

    You can head to the Car Park Help Desk for assistance. The Car Park Help Desk
    is located at Ground Floor, near Management Office.

  • Will there be more payment options in future?

    Yes, we will be introducing more payment options in the future.

  • What is the maximum parking fee?

    We do not have a maximum parking rate.

  • How do I get into the parking?

    You do not need to register your car plate; the system will automatically scan
    your car plate number into the system at the entrance. Come in, park and shop.
    Then, pay the parking fee before you leave, and you’re done! The boom gate will
    detect your car number automatically after completed payment and open the
    boom gate.

  • How do I get parking assistance?

    For any car park related enquiries, do feel free to contact our friendly car park
    personnel at 03-4131 5413 or head to the Car Park Help Desk for assistance. The
    Car Park Help Desk is located at Ground Floor, near Management Office.

  • Which are the e-Wallets I can use to make payments?

    a) TNG e-wallet
    b) Boost
    c) Grabpay

  • Is there a surcharge for Touch ‘n Go?

    Yes, 10% charge.

  • I don’t have the Touch n Go app, can I pay with Touch n Go card?

    Yes, but only through the Touch ‘n Go reader at the exits with sufficient credit
    only.

  • How long do I have to exit after I make payment?

    After making payment, there is another 15 minutes’ grace period to exit. If the
    15-minute grace period is exceeded, additional hourly charges will apply.

  • What about the lorries parking rate?

    Parking rate for lorries is RM1 first 2 hours and RM1 for subsequent hours) on
    weekdays. For weekend, RM2 for first two hours and RM 1 for subsequent
    hours.

  • Where are the auto pay machines?

    We do not have auto pay machine. Shoppers must pay by using ewallet or visa at exit car park

  • What happens if I get stuck at the car park entry/exit?

    Kindly press the Smart Parking intercom button, HELP button in the car park or
    call our friendly car park personnel at 03-41315413 for assistance.

  • How do I get a refund if I over-pay for my parking?

    Please call 03-41315413 for refund assistance or proceed to Car Park Help Desk.

  • Can I park my car overnight at the car park?

    Overnight parking is strictly not allowed.

  • What do I do if the LPR (License Plate Recognition) does not detect my car plate number correctly?

    If the LPR (License Plate Recognition) does not detect your car plate number
    correctly, please call 03-4131 5413 for further assistance or proceed to Car Park
    Help Desk.

  • Can a tow truck enter the car park?

    Yes can.

  • Can I get assistance to jumpstart my car?

    Please call Car Park Help Desk at 03-4131 5413 for help and don't forget to lift
    up the front bonnet of your car so that it is easier for our team to spot you.

  • Does Sunway Wangsa Mall have a Season Pass for the car park?

  • What is the opening and closing hours of the parking?

    Our boom gates and exits are open 24 hours.

  • Are there any EV or Hybrid Charging Stations in the Mall?

    Yes, we have Vehicle (EV) charging station, which is located at Carpark A, in front
    of Ayam Penyet Best.

  • What is the rate for EV or Hybrid Charging at Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    RM1 per kWh.

  • How many charging bays are located at Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    We have two (2) charging bays.

  • How much are the charges for vehicle EV Parking Bay?

    For weekdays, RM1 for first two hours and RM1 for subsequent hours.
    For weekends, RM2 for first two hours and RM1 for subsequent hours.

  • How To Use EV Charger at Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    Simply plug the cable into the car and it will charge automatically. Our EV
    chargers are equipped with cables.

  • How do I get to Sunway Wangsa Mall from KLIA / KLIA2?

    Here are some transportation options:

    i) Using ERL KLIA Express / Transit Line + LRT Kelana Jaya Line
    KLIA / KLIA2 ERL → KL Sentral (Interchange Station ERL + LRT) → Wangsa Maju /
    Sri Rampai LRT Station → Walk or feeder bus to Sunway Wangsa Mall.

    ii) Grab or Airport Taxi
    You may also opt for alternative modes of transportation. It will save you the
    hassle of changing from one station to another and the price is cheaper for a
    group of four travelers.
    Approximate travelling time: 1 hour depending on the traffic conditions.

  • How do I get to Sunway Wangsa Mall from KL Sentral?

    Here are some transportation options:
    Option 1
    Using LRT Kelana Jaya Line
    KL Sentral LRT → Wangsa Maju LRT Station → 5–10 minutes’ walk or short
    feeder bus ride to Sunway Wangsa Mall.
    Option 2
    Using LRT Kelana Jaya Line
    KL Sentral LRT Sri → Rampai LRT Station Short → walk or Rapid KL feeder bus
    to Sunway Wangsa Mall .
    Grab or Taxi
    You may also opt for alternative modes of transportation. It will save you the

    Take a taxi or Grab right outside the arrivals hall at Subang SkyPark Terminal
    (SZB).
    The ride typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on traffic.
    Fares vary by service but expect cheaper with ride-hailing (Grab) than a metered
    taxi during peak hours

  • Which is the nearest LRT Station to Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    The nearest LRT station is the LRT Sri Rampai .

  • Do you have locker service?

    At the moment, locker service is not available.

  • Is there a Lost and Found counter in Sunway Wangsa Mall?

    Yes. Handled by our Security team. Located at Ground Floor beside Baskin
    Robbin. You may also contact our Customer Care team at 03-4142 8888.

  • How do I report a lost item?

    Proceed to our Security Office to inform. Our Security team will need your full
    name and contact details for documentation purposes. Kindly provide a full and
    precise description of your lost item for easy verification by the personnel. If
    your item has been found, you may proceed to the claim process.

  • I found an item somewhere inside the mall. Who should I hand it to?

    You may approach the Security Office to hand in the item. Security team will
    take down your name and contact details for documentation purposes. Some
    owners may want to thank you for returning their item; however, your contact
    number will only be revealed with your consent. At the same time, if you wish to
    remain anonymous, we respect your decision.

  • What is the process for claiming a lost and found item?

    You will need to verify that item belongs to you. For example, if it is a hand
    phone with security lock, you will be asked to unlock it. For other items, you will
    be asked to describe the contents of the item. After verification, you will need to
    write down your full name, identification and contact number for
    documentation purposes.

  • Can I claim lost and found items on behalf of my family member or friend?

    We advise the owner of the item to collect the item themselves personally,
    however if the person is unable to be present, do not hesitate to contact us
    beforehand to inform us that you will be collecting the item on his/her behalf.
    You will be required to provide related information upon claiming.

  • I made a lost item report a few days ago however I did not receive any updates from Sunway Wangsa Mall . Why is this so?

    It is highly likely that your item has not been found. Feel free to contact our
    Customer Care via phone or walk in for confirmation.

    You may walk in to our Parking Management at the Ground Floor or contact

  • Should I worry about my belongings while in the Surau?

    We would like to advise you to take care of your belongings and ensure that
    your belongings are within sight during prayer to avoid misfortune or loss.
